Community Involvement

Sponsorships

Growing up, Dr. Cote was very involved in competitive sports in the Gatineau-Ottawa region. As a token of appreciation for all the joy that local sports organizations brought to his life as a child and teenager, Outaouais Orthodontics proudly sponsors a local youth team each year. For the 2011-2012 season, Outaouais Orthodontics made complimentary custom mouth guards for Aylmer’s 2011-2012 boys Novice B hockey team.

Coaching

Dr. Cote is the head coach of the senior boys’ basketball team at his former high school. He loves helping developing athletes achieve their goals and relishes being involved with a program that shaped so much of his own youth.

Teaching

Each semester, Dr. Cote sets aside time to supervise and teach at the dental hygiene and assisting programs at CÉGEP de l’Outaouais and Vision-Avenir. He enjoys helping young students gain the knowledge and expertise required to become excellent healthcare professionals.

Mentoring

As a general dentist, Dr. Cote was receptive to having aspiring dentists shadow him in his practice. As an orthodontist, he continues to happily do the same.
