Fun …Little extras make a big difference

Your orthodontic experience should be about more than achieving a beautiful, healthy smile – it should be about having a thoroughly enjoyable time from start to finish. Orthodontic care is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we are pleased to offer little extras to make it even more memorable.

Rewards Program

As an incentive for good cooperation and the achievement of optimal results, we have a fun rewards program that is open to all patients. The program is based a point collecting system: points are collected for things such a good cooperation (e.g., good brushing and flossing, showing up on-time for appointments, nothing loose or broken, etc.) and patients can claim prizes with these points.

Fingerprint Reader

We are also equipped with a fingerprint reader that allows patients to sign-in to their appointments by simply placing their finger on a digital reader. The old method of signing in with a receptionist at the front desk works as well, but most patients find it quite amusing to register for their appointment with this new technology.

Referral & Patient Appreciation Program

As a thank you to patients who refer their friends and family as well as to the referred friends and family are referred to us, we are very pleased to raffle off an amazing gift at the end of each season.

Here’s how to participate in the contest:

• 1.To qualify for participation in this contest, you must be a patient in active treatment –or have finished your treatment– in our office
• 2.Send an email to ConcoursOrthoOutaouais@gmail.com with the following:
  • 2.1.A short, positive testimonial of your experience at the clinic followed by your full name; all the testimonials will be grouped together and posted on our online platformsc with only your first name and first letter of your last name indicated under the testimonial.
• 3.The winner will be randomly selected amongst all the participants in March 2023.

 The contest starts on Monday September 12^th 2022 and ends on Friday March 10^th 2023.
